We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and motivated Customer Service Administrator to support the ongoing development of the Commercial Services Department.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a confident, people-focused professional with an excellent command of the English Language, and with evidence of your ability to build effective working relationships across a large team.
- Exercise judgment and initiative when dealing with a range of challenges and issues, with strong organizational skills.
- Experienced in prioritizing your own workload to meet set objectives and deadlines.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the provision of excellent customer service within the University, and external providers.
- Provide professional and efficient administrative services, supporting the Student Living administration team.
- Have a flexible approach to work is required to enable the Team to deliver a high quality customer focused service.
The role requires you to be flexible in your approach on a day to day basis, in order to deal with all operational requirements and support the team, as well as working across operational boundaries as reasonably requested.
