Job Description
The team are responsible for the day to day requirements to maintain the buildings and services in our branch network, the replacement and repairs of the company car fleet, reception services at our head office and national distribution Centre. The team interact with all the stakeholders of the business and enjoy finding solutions and problem solving.
- Prioritizing maintenance requests from branch network
- Obtaining quotes for repair works
- Placing purchase orders
- Liaising with contractors to ensure work is completed on time.
- Validation of contractor invoices
- Support for handling switchboard calls
- Making travel arrangements for colleagues
- Publishing service reports on SharePoint/Teams
- Adhoc admin duties
- Meeting room bookings at head office
