Assist the Directorate Support Manager with the auditing and delivery of KPIs in line with the Stroke service and compliance with our requirements.
Undertake audits and surveys as required by the Stroke Directorate, working with clinicians, therapists, nurses and wider Stroke teams.
Input data sets into the database, ensuring accurate recording of patient detail relevant to the domains.
The post holder may also be given lead areas of responsibility to oversee consistency and quality in that area. Any such roles will be agreed with management.
The post holder will be expected to have good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written, with clinical colleagues, management teams, patients and outside agencies, as and when necessary.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
GCSE or equivalent in English Language
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Administration
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Administration
Communication - both verbal and written
Time management & prioritization
Keyboard and IT systems
Excellent telephone manner
2 years NHS/patient care setting
Proven work experience in an administrative role
Audit experience
