  • Taking Customer phone calls (Arranging appointments / requesting documents)
  • Making calls to other professional bodies
  • Creating mortgage reports / customer letters
  • General administration duties
  • Data entry on computer systems

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time keeping
  • Approachable
  • Team player
  • GCSE A*-C/ 9-4 or equivalent math and English - preferred but not essential
  • Level 3 Business Administrator Standard Apprenticeship
  • Functional Skills in math and English if required
