Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our team. This is a customer-facing role, so applicants should be well-presented and highly confident in customer service and sales situations. Telephone experience would be beneficial.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Previous customer service experience would be beneficial. We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude and passion, keen to deliver against objectives and a willingness to be flexible. In return, you will be well-rewarded.
You must have a minimum 1-2 years’ customer service (or similar) experience.
