Job Description

You will need to have some experience of providing excellent levels of customer service, ideally in a business to business context but this can also be in a retail, hospitality or a similar environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have a passion for giving customers a great service
  • Be a good listener and enjoy talking to people

  • Have common sense and a natural ability to influence
  • Ability to use initiative and solve problems
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organization and planning skills and good attention to detail

You will need to enjoy talking to people, be flexible with a desire to help the business grow. Common sense and good communication skills are important, so you can achieve the very best you can. You will be dealing with customer enquiries to the highest standard and representing Direct Tableware to ensure this part of the customer journey is smooth running.
