Job Description
- Providing 1st line troubleshooting over the telephone
- Tracking and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolution
- Liaising with internal teams on support issues
- Occasionally visiting other offices to issue hardware and perform troubleshooting
- Setting up new starters and leavers
- Updating documentation as necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A full UK driving license
- A passion for IT
- Excellent communications skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work weekends and evenings when required
- Ability to travel to other office locations
