Job Description
We are searching for a customer services coordinator to join a fast paced, growing and supportive company. The successful candidate will ideally have had previous experience within logistics, customer/client services and retail sales.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer calls, both inbound & outbound
- Coordinate pricing for import/export enquiries
- Raise quotations
- Coordinate shipments
- Manage Agents lists
- Coordinate CRM
- Ensure all documents, files, pricing, services and Agents information are continuously kept up to date
- Be part of weekly and monthly meetings with the team and give feedback
- Keep up to date with competition and feedback to the team
- Give assistance when required and make suggestions for improving Profitability
- Meet all deadlines and exceed customer expectations
