Job Description

You will be involved in the day to day activities of the office contributing to the ongoing smooth operations of the office.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Collection and processing of payroll data
  • Communication with Payroll agency
  • Maintenance of company filling system
  • Data inputting
  • Maintenance of office stationary requirements
  • Internal and external communications.

Successful candidates will be organized, reliable, diligent and able to work within a team.

Past relative experience is preferred as is good capabilities with Microsoft office applications.
