Job Description
The Customer Service Agent at Arrow will work as part of a busy team providing excellent Customer Service to our customers. You will be responsible for providing day to day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.
- Providing support to customers and internal Account Managers in the day to day running of the accounts and assisting with customer queries.
- Liaising with other departments internally e.g.: Purchasing, Accounts, Dispatch, Technical Consultants, to fulfil customer requirements/queries, organizing shipments etc.
- Resolving queries and raising credits where necessary.
- General administration duties: preparing reports etc.
- Updating customers of delivery expectations.

- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9.00-5.30 with 1h for lunch. You will need to be flexible at busy periods and willing to work over the standard working hours if required.
- Permanent contract with 6 month’s probation period.
