Job Description

The Customer Service Agent at Arrow will work as part of a busy team providing excellent Customer Service to our customers. You will be responsible for providing day to day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.

  • Providing support to customers and internal Account Managers in the day to day running of the accounts and assisting with customer queries.
  • Liaising with other departments internally e.g.: Purchasing, Accounts, Dispatch, Technical Consultants, to fulfil customer requirements/queries, organizing shipments etc.
  • Resolving queries and raising credits where necessary.
  • General administration duties: preparing reports etc.
  • Updating customers of delivery expectations.

  • Working hours: Mon-Fri 9.00-5.30 with 1h for lunch. You will need to be flexible at busy periods and willing to work over the standard working hours if required.
  • Permanent contract with 6 month’s probation period.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • The office/ admin job experience.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Applications.
  • Team player.
  • Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to their workload.
  • Able to work on their own initiative.
  • Keen to learn new skills.
  • Confident personality
  • Understands the sales process and the importance of customers.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Influence and Relationship Building skills.
  • Experience in MS Excel.
  • Experience in a similar role.
