The successful candidate will be a positive, flexible and reliable member of staff who is able to think on their feet to manage the allocation of work, general office procedures and ensure processes and communication flow efficiently.
The ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents and visitors is essential. You will play an important role in the delivery of excellent customer service to key stakeholders within the school community.
The successful candidate must be educated to at least A Level, or be able to evidence ability at an equivalent level. High level administrative, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential as is the ability to priorities and plan your own workload. Good written and oral communication skills are also a must, as is a high standard of IT literacy.
