Job Description
  • Reconcile credit cards and allocate all city ledger payments on a daily basis. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist Income Auditor with day to day tasks, including an upload and distribution of the daily revenue report
  • Check and process travel agent and commission. Prepare and post commission accrual journal at the month end
  • Reconcile Health Club memberships, lockers and deposits payments and redemption. Prepare and process monthly direct debit collection for the members
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
  • Assist with filing, copying and scanning when needed
  • Undertake work on specific ad-hoc projects, as and when requested

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook to a high level are essential
  • Experience with Opera (PMS), Infogenesis (POS), Adaco and SUN accounting system would be preferred.
