This role could consist of you working in a team, or you might work alongside another administrative assistant. As an administrative assistant you’ll assigned a manager or senior administrator to handle their clerical tasks on a day to day basis. In this role as an administrative assistant your tasks will vary depending on the sector, employer, and level of responsibility.

You’ll work typically between the range of 35 to 40 hours a week. Mon,Fri: 9am – 5pm

Typical job duties may include:

  • Filling Paperwork
  • Answering Phone Calls
  • Updating Database
  • Scheduling Meeting and Appointments
  • Managing Travel Arrangements
  • Managing and updating your manager’s calendar

We will provide appropriate training when employed.
