We are therefore looking for someone who is creative, proactive and be able to co-ordinate multiple work activities and deal with conflicting priorities. You will have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer care and will be expected to deliver a high standard of admin support to the Innovation Hub Lead and Coordinator. To provide comprehensive, high quality, effective and efficient administrative support for CPFT Innovation hub.
To work closely with the Adopting Innovation Hub team to provide high levels of administration support and co-ordination.
Arrange and attend meetings, including booking venues and hospitality if appropriate. To prepare and produce an agenda, collate and distribute all necessary information and documentation, take minutes and action notes as required. Ensure all minutes are issued in a timely manner and ensure agreed actions are appropriately recorded.
- To be responsible for dealing with telephone enquiries and other communications with a high degree of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Maintain annual leave records for the team.
- Be the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to the Adopting Innovation Hub, whether in person, by phone or via email, using discretion on redirection where necessary and providing advice where appropriate.
- Ensure that those who make contact with the Adopting Innovation Hub experience excellent customer service and receive prompt and efficient response to their enquiries.
- Maintain and develop administrative systems to manage administration of training and learning and development programmes and events accessed through the Hub’s Culture Club.
- Maintain a diary, organize workload and priorities tasks appropriately.
- Work on own initiative and work independently when necessary.
- Undertake ad hoc project work as required, researching and producing information to support the project.
- Attend and contribute to regular team meetings, away days and team development.
