The post holder must have attention to detail and ability to adhere to clear processes to ensure audit and quality requirements are maintained, be able to provide excellent customer service by handling and responding to queries in writing and verbally as well as able to work to tight deadlines
Minimum qualification - i.e. L3 qualification or equivalent is essential together with strong IT skills and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Math (or equivalent).
