Job Description

The role will be based from our office. The purpose of the role will include;

• Driving growth in Eastern region as part of local management team;
• Owning TCK joint venture including cash management, performance and stat accounts;
• Forecasting and budgeting for the Region;
• Performance management and challenge of the operational team in terms of:
  • Land acquisition
  • Delivering sales rate and cash
  • Challenging and driving build cost efficiency and delivery to target
  • Regional overhead efficiency
• Driving best practice across all regional finance teams, ensuring consistency of approach;
• Financial control including balance sheet management and sign off, and interactions with PwC audit;
• Team management (Finance Manager, Assistant FM and Accounts Assistant as of today).

• Brings the professionalism and detail-focus to be exposed to the Boards - but balanced with an entrepreneurial approach to get things done/working;
• Technically strong.
