Job Description
The role will be based from our office. The purpose of the role will include;
- Driving growth in Eastern region as part of local management team;
- Owning TCK joint venture including cash management, performance and stat accounts;
- Forecasting and budgeting for the Region;
- Performance management and challenge of the operational team in terms of:
- Land acquisition
- Delivering sales rate and cash
- Challenging and driving build cost efficiency and delivery to target
- Regional overhead efficiency
- Driving best practice across all regional finance teams, ensuring consistency of approach;
- Financial control including balance sheet management and sign off, and interactions with PwC audit;
- Team management (Finance Manager, Assistant FM and Accounts Assistant as of today).
