Job Description
Due to an exciting period of growth, we are looking to expand our Management Team and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Administration Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 year’s Management Experience, be Confident, organized, self-motivated & have experience of working autonomously, within a fast paced environment
You will support the Management Team with the Daily Operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures and ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company. The role will cover a variety of responsibilities, a summary of which are listed below:
- Liaising with 3rd Party Provider to ensure we are compliant with latest legislation.
- Organize and facilitate the full recruitment process and the induction of new employees
- Dealing with any disciplinary Action and disputes
- Personnel Management; Ensuring employee files are accurate and up to date, tracking absence including sickness and holidays, employee training, development plans
- Working alongside management team and 3rd party provider ensure we are compliant with latest legislation.
- Create and deliver various weekly and monthly Management Reports
- Weekly and Monthly Customer KPI’s
- New Client Due diligence, create files and reports for Potential new Clients
- Manage Client Non-Conformance Records in accordance with ISO 9001
- Assisting management with all company Litigation and legal matters, providing regular updates and reports to Management Team
- Manage a Central Diary for the business, ensuring availability of Meeting Rooms and Key Personnel and prepare Agenda’s.
- Deal with Insurance Claims alongside Ops Manager
- Identify process bottlenecks.
- Offer solutions for improvement.
- Manage schedules and deadlines within the business.
- Adhere to policies and regulations of the regulation bodies.
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance.
