Job Description
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Arranging travel, visas, accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings
  • Responsible for accounts and budgets ,
  • Extract sales reports, monitor actions and review activity, reporting to the MD
  • Organizing and managing diaries, booking meetings, making appointments

Hours – 8.00am – 4.30pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver again project deadlines
  • Previous experience as a Secretary, PA, Office Manager
