Work closely with the international sales team to create and write winning bids and proposals
Evaluate tender documents, contribute to bid no bid decisions and provide leadership for the bid team, drawing in technical and commercial resources as required
Ensure that the bids produced are to the highest possible standard and include compelling win themes
Have genuine creative freedom
Develop bid strategies in line with business opportunities, keeping them under constant review, and will be actively involved with bid negotiations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have experience of producing bids and proposals in a complex environment, ideally with technical content
Be creative, proactive and confident with strong relationship building skills
Have good commercial acumen
Ideally degree qualified but not essential
Have good project management skills and be highly customer-focused
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
