Job Description
This is a key office-based support role, with a strong administrative bias, responsible for providing assistance across the depot, which will involve:
- Receipt and processing of customer orders, as well as documenting all relevant information and undertaking general administration duties
- Regular customer communication in relation to delivery lead times and other information requested, whilst also effectively handling and processing day to day enquiries
- Liaising with our sales team to help maximize potential sales opportunities, whilst also logging and processing any Customer Complaints, including assisting in investigations
- Assisting in the stock control function and liaising with our sites and suppliers both nationally and internationally
