Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring all after sales enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner from start to finish and communicating with customers on the status of their orders, obtaining answers to technical queries and managing complaints.

You will assist the HSE & Quality Manager in coordinating all HSE tasks across the site, ensuring any Audit actions are closed out in a timely manner. You will assist with setting up and maintaining admin related duties & tasks to assist both the Quality & HSE functions.

  • Main point of contact for customers for all aftersales enquiries.
  • Log all aftersales enquires into the aftersales register.
  • Communicate any issues internally to relevant departments.
  • Co-ordinate the completion of aftersales tasks with HSE & Quality Manager and daily briefing team, keeping the customer up to date with progress and time scales
  • Ensure all issues resolved in a timely manner, completing aftersales log when completed.
  • Assist HSE & Quality Manager in coordinating all HSE tasks as required.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross functionally, multi-task and prioritize own workload to achieve the business targets and objectives. Excellent communication and written skills. Excellent I.T. Skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.). Confident under pressure, organized and efficient with a proactive approach.

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good time management skills and the ability to priorities work
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities
