Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is looking for an exciting opportunity to join our client’s team, who specialize in the Engineering sector. An industrial background is essential. This position will be performing general tasks such as answering the phone, emailing, scanning, filing and printing labels.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • An administrative background
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good analytical skills and deadline driven
  • Deliver tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Team player but capable of working on own initiative to fully understand implications of changes and effective working methods
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Needs to be an Expert Excel user
  • Meticulous eye for detail, quality driven, right first time people
  • A strong/dynamic personality who will scrutinize information/data from different sources to inform both payroll and client charging elements
  • Accounting/Costing/HR experience/qualification would be advantageous.

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 3 years (required)
