Job Description
The overall role will provide the site with reception support, co-ordination of the training academy and administration support to 2 Directors
Duties
- Taking care of front-of-house duties, such as greeting and directing visitors
- Booking in of clients into training courses and all associated paperwork
- Organization of correspondence, including telephone calls, emails and faxes
- Maintaining training record systems to uphold accurate files
- Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- Organization of travel
- Taking and distributing minutes
- General administrative support to Directors and others as required
