Job Description
This is a part-time role with potential to evolve into full time for the right candidate.
Duties:
- Bookkeeping, and billing cycles for the business to include use of Xero and QuickBooks
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Reviewing and approving operational invoices and forwarding them to payment
- Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets using Excel
- Preparing documents such as invoices, memos and using word processor
- Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
- Ordering materials and equipment as required for successful project implementation
- Managing travel arrangements for employees
- Carrying out other administrative tasks as required
- Coordinating shipping of materials to domestic and international clients
