Job Description

This is a part-time role with potential to evolve into full time for the right candidate.

Duties:

  • Bookkeeping, and billing cycles for the business to include use of Xero and QuickBooks
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
  • Reviewing and approving operational invoices and forwarding them to payment
  • Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets using Excel
  • Preparing documents such as invoices, memos and using word processor
  • Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
  • Ordering materials and equipment as required for successful project implementation
  • Managing travel arrangements for employees
  • Carrying out other administrative tasks as required
  • Coordinating shipping of materials to domestic and international clients
