Job Description
You'll be part of the Operations team, and work with our amazing accountants and management team to help hit our targets and achieve our next stage of growth. We are at a pivotal moment in our finance journey and we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to provide essential support for the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Payroll processing for the UK and US teams
- Reconciliation of accounts for the UK and US
- Paying supplier invoices
- Monitoring credit card use and collating receipts from corporate credit card holders
- Working with our accountants on management accounts
- Answering staff queries regarding payroll
- Enrolling staff on company pension scheme
- Working with our People Team on company benefits
- Processing staff expenses
