Job Description

We currently have an open vacancy for a Payroll compliance administrator, who would be required to start immediately and can assist us in making sure the workers we payroll are compliant and legal to work in the UK.  Key duties in the role are as follows:

  • Checking all expenses that are submitted by workers, to ensure they are relevant to the assignment the worker is currently on and that the items claimed for are legitimately allowed
  • Assisting workers with how to claim expenses, talk them through how to download or app or log on using the web portal
  • Assist with payroll queries that workers may have about their weekly pay
  • Set up DEA's, court orders, child maintenance payments
  • Check workers Right to work documents and UK eligibility
  • Assist the payroll team so that when they are absent or on leave, there is cover

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The right sort of person for this role, would be someone who has prior office experience ranging from office admin up to actual payroll or compliance experience. They must be punctual and thorough but also a great team fit and a pleasure to be around. The candidate must drive.

  • Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
  • Payroll Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
