Job Description

You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the sales processes and customer service functions, processing sales orders from emails, amazon and online, advising the manufacture and production departments of requirements, process sales orders in sage, deal with follow up queries from customers by phone, telephone out to customers to take sales orders and resolve customer issues.
You will ideally have experience of taking sales orders and resolving customer queries. You will need to be able to work independently and develop good product knowledge especially with regard to the medical and optical products sold by our group companies.
