Job Description
Assisting the technical team with ad-hoc queries from other departments.
Liaising with Warranty Providers and Building Control companies.
Creating, compiling, preparing, copying and distributing plans electronically and at times hard copy plans and information.
Assisting with diary management including setting up, scheduling, booking and preparing meeting rooms.
Answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and taking detailed messages.
Compiling and keeping up-to-date spreadsheets and trackers reporting on progress.
File and retrieve company documents, records and reports ensuring filing is up to date and well managed.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all dealings in your position.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will ideally you have some experience gained in a similar role (but this is not essential) and working as part of a team.
5 x GCSE including English and Math.
You’ll need a positive approach with a professional attitude to enable you to deal confidently with colleagues at all levels.
The ability to priorities, multi task and work to strict deadlines.
Accurate data entry.
Fully IT conversant with MS suite.
Methodical and numerate with a high attention to detail in the face of tight deadlines.
