Job Description

We are seeking an expert Senior Internal Auditor for a 12 month fixed term contract. Internal Audit is an independent team making impartial, professional decisions and providing constructive recommendations across the organization.

• I will develop a sound understanding of the Arm control and change environment
• I will deliver complex audit assignments, from planning, scoping, conducting, report writing and presenting
• I will be examining risk and assessing audit needs across the business
• I will produce high quality written reports on work undertaken, forming professional opinions on the efficiency of the control environment
• I will provide monitoring, escalation and reporting of management actions from audit findings
• I will keep updated on emerging risk and audit methodology
• I will deliver technical updates and technical mentoring to members of the team
• I will work with our co-source resources to provide high quality delivery
• I will establish effective relationships with the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified or experienced internal auditor (PIIA/ MIIA/ CIA/ CISA/ QICA)
• Experience in delivering audits to scope, timetable and with key partner engagement
• Strong communicator with ability to build long-term collaborations
• Experience in mentoring of others, skilled at providing feedback
• Flexibility and able to adapt to change
• Strong understanding of business risk and controls
• Able to exercises good judgment, analyses problems, evaluate and work with partners to agree resolutions
• Be highly inquisitive
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
