Job Description
To clean up ledgers before year end - using the accounting software
Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
Reconcile third party accounts
Key account reconciliations to be completed for year end and the Audit
Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls
To ensure that all accounts are clean and accurate before year end
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience in Accounts reconciliation and working on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Knowledge of Accounting
Sound understanding of legal entities, VAT treatment, dealing with cash allocation, credit & debit notes
SAGE 1000
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Professional and organised
