Job Description

This is a very varied role that will see you utilize your excellent customer service and administration skills to enhance the level of service we give to our customers.

You will also:

  • Take the lead on delivering on a new project in a key area of the business to improve our ordering sampling process and customer experience.
  • Regularly liaise with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and patients on sample requests and other required resources ensuring excellent customer service is at the heart of everything you do.
  • Liaise and work with pharmacies to provide relevant help and information to allow them to easily order our products.
  • Assist the team in the organization and communication of events together with the set-up, take down and execution of all events.
  • Develop social media content for events to ensure maximum reach whilst utilizing other forms of communications both pre and post events.
  • Working as part of a team on various administration tasks and projects throughout the year.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You’ll be passionate, results focused and a team player who is able to communicate across a range of stakeholders internally and externally. You’ll pride yourself of having an eye for detail and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel etc.).
