Job Description
Reporting to the Client Services Manager and as an integral part of our support team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide phone and email support for all clients.
- Log all Service Requests on CRM software system and ensure that the action required is taken to fully resolve the enquiry and close it on the CRM.
- Provide clients with the support and information they need to manage their patient’s expectations
- Monitoring turnaround time of patient results to ensure that client requirements are adhered to.
- Liaise with personnel in other departments in company to ensure a full service is provided.
- Build and maintain effective good relationships with clients and colleagues by having a warm, approachable manner and supporting them to the best of your ability.
- Actively liaise between the laboratory and the client, to notify them of any issues such as problematic specimens.
