Job Description
You will be responsible for delivery of exceptional administration services to a range of clients. You will act as relationship manager to key clients, and have ultimate responsibility for the quality of the team's service delivery.
You will work on new business onboarding and transitions, client mapping, and general business analysis in streamlining operations within the team and wider group.
You will be responsible for team workflow management, project management and business change, and the management of a high performing team including appraisals, goal setting and process improvements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You'll be an ambitious Senior Manager with a depth of experience in Custody or Client Service from a Fund Administrator, Asset Manager or Custodian Bank. You will have an in depth understanding of global market settlements, payments and FX. Experience with Escrow and Issuer Services is preferred. You'll be a strong leader and people manager and be able to strategically build relationships whilst seeing the bigger picture in a large organization.
