Job Description
To efficiently answer phone calls and emails from customers.
Supporting the implementation of processes and procedures.
Provide business support on all operational aspects within your team and
your department.
Investigating and processing claims, handling and resolving complaints.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fluency in French & English.
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service/administration role.
Excellent customer service, communication, and administrative skills.
Claims handling or experience dealing with customer complaints would
be beneficial.
Experience in the Financial Services industry would be an advantage.
