Job Description
  • Setting up customer accounts on the system ensuring enough detail for contracts to run smoothly
  • Liaising with both internal teams, and external customers to meet customers’ expectations
  • Dealing with contract renewals and the activation of new contracts
  • Providing support for Engineers with product information ahead of projects / maintenance visits
  • Invoicing contracts for the clients
  • Answering customer service queries via telephone and email
  • Ad-hoc administration when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience within a customer service role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organised
  • Computer literate on Microsoft packages
