Raise and distribute purchase orders
Process and chase purchase order confirmations
Evaluating stock levels and helping to maintain production availability
Maintaining shipping lists
Assisting with planning administration
Advising where Bill of material updates are required
General admin tasks
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Admin experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience of ERP systems would be an advantage
Excellent IT skills (MS office and MS Excel)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ideally educated to GCSE level English and Maths (Grade C minimum)
Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
