Job Description

We are looking for highly creative individuals to help us build and maintain the next generation of modern Service applications that will enable company to leap ahead of the competition and become the number one cloud vendor. This role includes but is not limited to the following deliverables:

  • Design beautifully thought out, simplified and useful software user interfaces and experiences.
  • Understand complex workflows and turn these into clear interface experiences.
  • Design workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimize how customers interact with our products.
  • Be a passionate and effective advocate for the customers/users, and solve their problems with simple and engaging design solutions
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving our centralized design system.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience working in design tools such as Figma, Sketch etc.
  • A creative portfolio of work demonstrating your skills, study plans, reports etc.
  • Ability to present your idea to stakeholders in design, product management, and engineering, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and capable of communicating and prototyping design concepts at different levels of fidelity
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Empathy for the user and obsession with customer
  • Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides
  • Experience in designing cross platform experiences
  • Knowledge of design principles to make easy-to-use, pleasurable designs.
  • Previous project experience in design would be an advantage.
