To carry out all duties in line with departmental Standards Manual (Leading Quality Assurance) and ensure that the Guest Services Assistant checklist is fully completed by the end of the shift;
To carry out cleaning duties;
To be knowledgeable and informed about the introduction of new products and new procedures;
Organise onward transportation for the guests and to carry guests luggage to and from bedrooms;
To valet park guests cars;
To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently;
To carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by management
