Job Description
  • Supporting a company partner; you must pride yourself on providing an exceptional level of support whilst remaining attentive and adaptable
  • Multiple and complex diary management for partners, occasionally scheduling client meetings and liaising directly with clients
  • Support with Capability tasks which includes organisation of meetings, minuting meetings, manage meeting actions, compiling reports, managing Mural board and general administration
  • Scheduling appraisal meetings for partners
  • Liaise and help co-ordinate with the US office
  • Excellent organisational skills are a must, in addition to having the confidence and ability to liaise with people at all levels, sometimes including our clients
  • Administrate contracts, MSAs and NDAs
  • Book complex travel and create itineraries for staff
  • Be responsible for ensuring any ad hoc jobs are dealt with either by delegating or completing personally
  • Covering Reception area as and when required
  • Any other admin duties deemed to be within your capabilities
