Job Description
  • Coordinating arrangements for Board meetings, including scheduling and diarising meetings and preparation of the agenda
  • Co-ordination and distribution of Board papers
  • Taking minutes of Board meetings

  • Co-ordination and distribution of papers
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Preparing contracts and associated documentation
  • Conducting pre-employment checks including DBS / police checks, references, eligibility and qualification checks
  • Inputting staff data onto our HR system, ensuring staff records are updated and maintained;
  • Entering timely and accurate information onto spreadsheets and files for payroll input (for outsourced payroll processing)
  • Maintaining and updating training, right to work and safeguarding records
  • Assisting with the implementation and administration of employee benefits
  • Liaising with staff and managers
  • Acting as point of contact for HR queries
  • HR project work as directed
  • Providing other administrative support as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A-levels or equivalent
  • High level of IT literacy, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Relevant Senior Administrative Experience
  • Previous experience working in an environment requiring the handling of sensitive and confidential subjects
  • Highly organized and good time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Flexibility
