Job Description
Coordinating arrangements for Board meetings, including scheduling and diarising meetings and preparation of the agenda
Co-ordination and distribution of Board papers
Taking minutes of Board meetings
Coordinating arrangements for meetings, including scheduling and diarising meetings and preparation of the agenda
Co-ordination and distribution of papers
Taking minutes of meetings
Preparing contracts and associated documentation
Conducting pre-employment checks including DBS / police checks, references, eligibility and qualification checks
Inputting staff data onto our HR system, ensuring staff records are updated and maintained;
Entering timely and accurate information onto spreadsheets and files for payroll input (for outsourced payroll processing)
Maintaining and updating training, right to work and safeguarding records
Assisting with the implementation and administration of employee benefits
Liaising with staff and managers
Acting as point of contact for HR queries
HR project work as directed
Providing other administrative support as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A-levels or equivalent
High level of IT literacy, particularly in Word and Excel
Relevant Senior Administrative Experience
Previous experience working in an environment requiring the handling of sensitive and confidential subjects
Highly organized and good time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Customer orientated
Integrity
Flexibility
