Job Description
  • Manage the Reception area and Switchboard.
  • Meet & greet visitors/clients – show visitors/client to meeting rooms and take their luggage to storage.
  • Issues access card/fobs to employees/visitors and maintain, where necessary.
  • Manage/Organize all delivery’s incoming/outgoing through our local/international courier companies.
  • Raise requisitions and issue PO’s where necessary. Code invoices.
  • Manage incoming post and deliver/scan to relevant SBU’s, maintain and add funds to frank machine.
  • Responsible for orders and stock, this includes: stationary, coffee supplies, milk etc.
  • Managing/booking meeting rooms and desks.
  • Ordering catering on an ad-hoc basis for internal and client meetings.
  • Liaise with the relevant stakeholders to organize events internally and externally.
  • Manage the carpark, where necessary.
  • Support the Facilities Coordinator.
  • Have all contractors/visitors read the site information leaflet and sign the relevant paperwork before proceeding further onsite.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
  • Team oriented and with social competence.
  • Work creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Represent Parexel to clients in a positive and professional manner.
  • Highly service oriented.
  • Efficiently organized.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
