Job Description

You will need to be able to work under pressure, be proactive in solving problems. The post holder will have a strong team work ethic, need to be calm & patient with an eye for detail along with good IT & typing skills. Although the role is home base and flexible it might require occasional travel.
Act as a point of contact for teams, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from a wide range of stakeholders. Use judgment to pass on relevant information to appropriate team members sensitively and autonomously.

  • Priorities, organize and manage workload without supervision and to identify matters which require urgent attention.
  • Support managers with administrative and ad hoc duties.
  • Coordinating diaries, monitoring mailboxes, arrange and attend meetings.
  • Support Transformation Managers with the administration of their projects.
  • Prepare and produce an agenda, collate and distribute all necessary information and documentation
  • Take minutes and action notes as required.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems for the team.
  • Support communication with colleagues and users to ensure effective joint working.
  • Word process documents as needed by members.
  • Typing will be from audio, direct dictation, or written text. Some correspondence will be highly confidential.
  • Develop and maintain Group meeting schedules.
  • Gather information and undertake enquires for the team and the wider group as and when is necessary
