Job Description
  • Supporting the Finance team with day to day accounting admin during a busy time of growth.
  • You'll manage our invoice processing using Xero
  • Processing expense requests
  • Supporting with some credit control
  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
  • Assist with finance reporting
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
  • Contribute to improvement to processes
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks across the business where required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Some experience of accounting working as part of a broad Finance team
  • Ideally at least part qualified
  • Positive approach to teamwork and work in general
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Excel knowledge
  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong understanding of Finance Operations
  • Good communication and engagement skill
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
