Job Description

You will provide advice and assistance to our customers to enable them to achieve their financial goals. This is managed through inbound and outbound telephony activities, together with responding to and executing various online applications.

  • Respond to and execute online and voice credit applications
  • Interact and form links with customers and other partners while operating within agreed service level agreements
  • Provide advice to customers on products and services that meet their financial needs
  • Prepare required credit assessment recommendations
  • Work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Measure key performance indicators to ensure you meet agreed objectives

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications minimum Word and Excel
  • Ordinary Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with a grade D3/O6/H6 at Ordinary Level in five
  • Leaving Certificate subjects (including English and Math)
  • Understanding of sales systems and processes
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
