Job Description

The post will provide an integral link between the Finance Department and the Divisional Senior Management Team providing support and leadership on a range of key strategic and operational objectives.
You will work closely with the wider Finance Department and Divisional Management Teams to provide accurate and timely financial information to budget managers whilst continuing to review and improve processes. This will include the preparation of key benchmarking information (financial and non-financial) and working closely with budget managers to maximize the efficient use of resources. In addition you will provide support to the Division in the preparation and monitoring of the Divisional operating plan, including the savings plan.
The post holder will also be expected to use a high level of technical, analytical, presentational, interpersonal and negotiating skills to develop excellent working relationships with a range of senior managers across the organization.
