Job Description

You will support our Finance Team with a broad range of activities, ensuring the department runs smoothly and our clients receive a friendly and helpful service.
This varied role will see you work as part of a collaborative team, completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner, with customer satisfaction a top priority. This will include helping clients with their bookkeeping queries, making supplier payments and producing management accounts.

  • Raise sales invoices and manage client sales ledgers
  • Complete bank reconciliations and control accounts
  • Enter purchase invoices and manage the supplier ledger
  • Undertake VAT return preparation work
  • Provide cloud software training

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • An AAT qualification or be training towards one, possess equivalent knowledge or have experience of bookkeeping processes
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional at all times
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience of using Xero, QuickBooks online or Sage 50 would be beneficial to your application, as would knowledge of purchase invoice automation software.
