Job Description
You will be leading the delivery of Travel function projects that improve internal customer experience and commercial metrics and targets.
- Lead on assigned travel projects
- Be the first point of escalation for project stakeholders
- Prepare and manage project documentation
- Deliver end-to-end solutions from planning & design through to implementation
- Ensure HR feeds are accurate, and delivered safely and on time, to travel agencies
- Liaise with Insurance, Risk Management and Duty of Care vendors to ensure accuracy of Travel Tracker data available
- Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to develop a business case for program enhancements
- Develop communications plan for program changes and enhancements
- Implement good governance of travel projects by ensuring involvement of appropriate personnel, decision-making process, and clear terms of reference
- Manage project risks and expectations
- Maintain continual oversight of implemented programs/projects, trouble-shooting and resolving issues as they arise
- Provide support to regional Travel Manager's operational functions
