Job Description

In this role, you'll work with our customers as they go through a sustainable onboarding period and set the roadmap/strategy for how their products and services reach users. You'll also be responsible for owning the relationship with our acquisitions and business team for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against assigned customer goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience to advertisers.
  • Work closely with our Acquisitions and Business teams to deliver seamless customer passes and ensure a great customer experience.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other products.
  • Provide strategic advice and help our advertisers get the best return on their advertising investment by working closely in a consultative role with customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently
  • Experience working in a digital agency
  • Experience reaching out to customers and helping customers to add value to their business
  • Ability to take initiative and lead, motivate, and work well on a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent attention to detail
  • Interest in creative thinking and problem-solving
