Job Description
In this role, you will join the onboarding team, a customer experience team that is responsible for onboarding advertising customers to company throughout the region.
You will work with customers as they go through a sustainable onboarding period, you will set the direction and strategy for how their products and services reach users. You will also own the relationship with our acquisitions and business team for customers.
- Manage advertisers and prioritize to deliver towards assigned goals while delivering great customer experience.
- Onboard advertisers and provide direct account support to give them the first experience with Ads.
- Create the strategy and tactics to meet customer goals.
- Build a relationship foundation with the advertisers and explore creative avenues for growth by providing strategic advice as their trusted consultant.
- Enable them to self-manage their accounts with the help of our consultations.
- Operate closely with New Business Sales and Customer Solutions teams to deliver a seamless customer transition.
